Support questions

Before you connect.

When should I call instead of opening a ticket?

Call emergency support for an active outage, failed recovery, or other time-sensitive event. Use the ticket form for non-urgent requests, documentation, and file attachments.

Should I install TeamViewer before contacting support?

Not necessarily. Open a case or call first. A support engineer will tell you when a remote session is useful and guide you through the connection.

Can I schedule time with a support engineer?

Yes. After submitting the support form, you can select an available appointment time for a support engineer to review the case with you.
