Job Description

Do you possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and intense enthusiasm? We are currently looking for Innovative, Enthusiastic Lead Development Representative to identify and qualify sales opportunities within our North American Sales organization. In this role, you will be partnering with Regional Sales Leadership, Account Executives and Marketing to generate demand and determine prospect needs, play a part in effective territory planning, proactive account mapping and account penetration within assigned accounts.This position will be expected to perform articulate, professional, and knowledgeable outbound sales calls, telemarketing calls and electronic communication to prospects in order to acquire new business leads for Regional Account Managers. This position is an integral part of the Lead Generation Team with direct reporting to the Account Executive Team Lead in Eugene, OR.


•Execute a Prospecting Plan to develop Sales Lead Pipeline
•Conduct thorough follow-up on leads/lists generated by marketing programs. (Web visits, Trade show booth visits, seminar attendees) Also, drive attendance to company sponsored events such as local seminars, trade shows, etc.
•Proactive 4 hour of auto-dialer activity per day into identified prospects.
•Maintain close relationship with field sales organization to increase chance of closure.
•Obtain thorough knowledge of company's product solutions, case studies, and business value to identify and drive qualified leads.
•Achieve or exceed all quarterly lead quotas.
•Record all communication, sales and lead qualification activity into CRM system.


•1-2 years tele-sales experience in a high-tech, business-to-business environment with outbound cold calling
•Must be a positive high energy team player who is self-motivated.
•Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
•Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done.
•Proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation objectives.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral & written) skills.
•Excellent knowledge of telemarketing best practices and proven qualification skills via phone.
•Proven comfort and skill to navigate through all levels of an organization, and dig into a customer's    business to help them improve their operations.
•Internet and Web experience.
